Fitness Ballet Barre

​

This class in the latest and greatest craze, a dynamic workout with results in the strength of an athlete and the long lean look of a dancer. This class will sculpt the body by combining elements of Pilates, core conditioning, resistance training and cardio on and off the barre. Through a variety of blended exercise you will develop strength, muscle tone, coordination, body awareness and flexibility.

Ballet

Learn classical technique and alignment while gaining confidence and strength. Classes offer adults the artistic joys of classical ballet while developing elements of grace, flexibility and strength. Our ballet classes provide a welcoming atmosphere and professional instruction to all levels.
